UAB "Vilniaus Duona" is building a new bakery in Vilnius

UAB Vilniaus Duona is having its 125^th anniversary this year. To celebrate this, the company has started the construction works of a new bakery in the industrial area of Vilnius city, near the Aukštieji Paneriai zone. In early 2008 Vilniaus Duona will start the baking and distribution operations on the new site. UAB Megarenta, a real estate development and management company, is Vilniaus Duona’s partner in this project.

The shortage the offices of a class A would be felt in Vilnius still

According to the investigation of the market of the European offices that was carried out by UAB “MG Valda”, the supply of the modern offices in Vilnius is the least (424 m² for 1000 of the employees) compared with the Central & Eastern Europe and the capitals of the Baltic countries at the moment – more than twice least than the average of the compared cities (960 m²). According to this rate, Bucharest and Riga is in the worse place compared with Vilnius.

Latvian architectural company “Ugis Šenbergs Architekts” SIA became the designer of multi-functional complex “Mukusalas” in Riga managed by “MG Valda” and “inRED” real estate development and management companies. Construction of 720 million litas value multi-functional centre will be one of the largest and most significant RE development projects in Latvia.
