2005

“MG Valda” had proceeding a successful development of real estate projects.

In the year 2005 the Company built up the highest and the most impressive class A office building named “Victoria”. Building “Victoria” ended a development of the “MG Valda” project in the area of the business complex “Business Triangle”, which involves four A-Class office buildings, a trade center and parking for 1200 places with an integrated car washing.

As well the first stage of a logistics center‘s project was completed. 19 thousands square meters of the warehouse space located in the V. A. Graiciuno str. in Vilnius were leased. The ending of a second stage of the logistics project is planned in summer of the year 2006, when additional 12 thousands square meters of the warehouse space will be built.

In the year 2005 “MG Valda” crossed the Lithuanian market border and made first investments in a foreign real estate market. In cooperation with the financial group “Invalda”, the Company acquired a property in Latvia and started to develop multifunctional commercial and residential objects in the center of Riga as well as a project of an industrial park next to the Riga‘s bypass.

2004

The reconstruction of parking, which situated inside the “Business Triangle” territory, was completed. Since the reconstruction had ended, a capacity of the multistorey enlarged till 1200 places.

Also “MG Valda” and the building company “Constructus” signed the agreement for a construction of the class A office building “Victoria”. Besides, the Company in cooperation with a partner “Ogmios centras” started a logistics center's project in the V. A. Graiciuno str. in Vilnius.

2003

 The office building “Baltic Center”, one of the biggest A-Class office buildings in Lithuania, was opened. An overall space of the offices set in “Baltic Center” is more than 10 thousands square meters. Business leading companies, such as “Berlin Chemie Menarini Baltic”, “Mazeikiu nafta”, “Nestle Baltic”, “Lietuva Statoil” and others, became main tenants of the modern building.

Also, in the year 2003 the Company refurbished tenable pubs “Prie Parlamento” and “Gero viskio baras”. The last one was re-branded to “Tiffany Pub”.

In autumn of the year 2003 “MG Valda” launched a new office building project in area of the “Business Triangle”. The new building named “Office Plus” was opened in spring of the same year. “Falck Security”, “Siemens”, “Vakaru skirstomieji tinklai” and other well-known companies founded modern offices in the “Office Plus”.

2002

“MG Valda” built a modern tennis complex in the Azuolyno str. in Vilnius.

Year 2002 became a newsworthy period for the matter of that the “Business Triangle” project was launched.

2001

“MG Valda” built and reconstructed about ten various purposes objects. Among them there are such buildings as the office building “MG Valda” and hotel “Sheakespeere too” in the Vilnius city old-town.

1997

“MG Valda” began to develop real estate projects, and during a ten years period successfully completed more than 15 large-scale projects.

In the year 1997 the Company built a 4 thousands square meters size trade center named “IKI- Apranga”.

1995

“MG Valda” was founded in the year 1995 in order to become a governor of the property of the concern “MG Baltic”.
